Man, I was in the middle of posting this: Poland playing with 10... it's 0-0... Poland lost to Ecuador 2-0 and Costa Rica could at least score 2 on Germany. Does this mean that Ecuador is going to WHIP Costa Rica 10-0 ???
At lunch I came up with an soccer analogy. It would be like watching a basketball game where each team could only score by bouncing the ball off a player's head into the basket.

Who would have thought that Saudi Arabia vs Tunisia would be one of the more entertaining games. I felt bad for them, they were the better team for most of the game. Spain looked great. They played beautiful attacking soccer and controlled the tempo from start to finish. Ukraine was very dissappointing, probably the second most dissappointing after the US. I didn't get to watch the tape of the Germany game yet but I saw that they won. Guess they're through to the next round, not that there was a doubt that they would not advance.
Yeah they won in the 91st minute...poland was holding them nice even though they were a man down for about 15 minutes at the end of the game...
I watched the first 30 minutes or so and i thought the game was sloppy and boring!? I guess it must have gotten interesting later on in the game.

Nice Pics...the beautiful game is beautiful in so many ways! Yeah I saw the highlights...couple of back-to-back off the crossbar at the end. Man, it sucks working and having to watch the games at night after I am told the score. Yesterday I avoided all sports radio, the internet and did not know the scores so I was pumped to watch the games, then this guy I barely know called to tell ask me something and told me the scores...I was pissed but still watched the 2 of them. I actually found the first 30 minutes entertaining...it was kind of slow but both teams were possessing the ball well and had some nice dribbling runs. Looks like Rooney's back! I hope he gets to play some in the match today. Those who haven't seen him play need to watch this guy. He is unbelievable. I compare him to Lebron. He busted out at 18 or 19 in Euro2004 and has kept Man-U alive with all the problems they have had. He does so many things for a striker. If he is healthy and on his game, I see England winning it all even though I want to see Holland end up champions.
Rivaldo, you DO know you can watch REPLAYS on Galavision and Telefutura in the evening, right? Check your local listings... they replay the best game on Telefutura and the other two at alternating times later... no two games overlap in replay mode.
