    Ok i cannot say that i'm happy :( :(
We totally blew it, we didn't finish(to bad Cocu hit the bar). We did sort of dominate but the problem with our team is that when we attack we do not push forward hard enough, a lot of time we settle for a ball back to our midfielders. I'm very disapointed, but i do think that we just were not good enough today.

The ref was not really good  . I was afraid boulharouz would get his second yellow card.

There is not really bad blood between portugal and us(altough we lost to them 2 years ago). But from now on we will have some bad blood :D . In the last 10 years we only beat portugal once :(.

Sneijder was terrible, i would have liked to see van nisterlooy in the game but our first red card ruined it.

Ok so now i have to cheer for the aussies. (and engeland in the next round i do not want to see portugal in another round, they will have to loose )

UGHHH!!! I am sick to my stomach.

Pooooooooooor sportsmanship from both teams and even poorer officiating. FIFA needs to review this game and take back Deco's second yellow, he doesn't deserve to miss the next game, especially since Cocu shoved him and didn't get a card. The ref completely lost control of the game.

Van Basten made a huge mistake by not playing Ruud v. Nistlerooy, one of the most profilific scorers. I am sorry but Kuyt was worthless, he missed clear opportunity after opportunity. Freakking sickening.

I've never seen a team flop as mich as Holland just did. Looks like they got a hold of Italy's training video.

wow, what a game. i think the better team won today despite all the hullabaloo. i don't see how anyone can say that holland dominated, that's just not true. still, cocu's shot would been enough to send it to extra time where there 10 to 9 advantage might have paid off. the ref was bad but this was a very physical game and a tough one to keep under control. portugal will be playing on eggshells against england with so many card carrying players.

actually both Deco and the other guy who pushed him should have gotten red cards in my opinion.

Pathetic display out there today ~ the flopping was as bad as it gets. Ugly.

They should review that game and pull at least half of those ridiculous yellow/red cards that were given out on flops. FIFA has to get this [flopping] under control because it is ruining the game.

That is why i have lost a lot of respect for Holland. They never used to play like that. I know every team flops but they have moved into the top tier of flopper teams.

Have you noticed how the better teams in this tournament (so far, i.e. Germany and Brazil), don't flop nearly as much as the competition. Flopping is a crappy way to try and win.

Portugal has Holland's number for a reason just as England cant beat Sweden. The officiating is the worst I have ever seen. Soccer players have gone soft. 10, 20 years, those guys wouldnt fall even if you cut his leg off. There was no stopping on the field. If someone got injured in the play and ref didnt call, play went on. I dont like the way soccer is played. This is theworst officiated world cup I can remember. I remember there was one world cup, tackling from behind was automatic red card. Now it's only yellow.

That is not really true(actually not true att all). Every team flops, (it is not good, but it is true). Germany was actually one of the countries who invented flopping. They are king in it.

The only player who flops in the dutch team is Robben, I do not understand how people can say the dutch flop that much, the portugees were Much much worse(look at the red card of boulharouz).
I really hope that portugal will lose to england. I hope they will be beaten bad.

Don't forget Ruud. Almost everyone in the EPL at one time has called him a flopper....and not just Arsenal. But you are right about Portugal as far as yesterday is concerned.

Agreed Ruud also flops, i really dislike players when they flop. I think it is a sad if you think you need it to win. However all the major teams do it(italia and Germany are famous for it, and they are big teams).
I do not like it when dutch players flop, but i do not think it is fair to say that dutch flop more often then other teams(not that you said it, but Zion did sort of). I have lost some respect for robben and Ruud because they flop so much. But a lot of dutch players do not flop that much, and they certanly do not flop more then other big countries.(but i still do not like it).

I really hope that italia will lose :D.

does anyone have a link for live streaming? I know there was one from back on p.13... but it hasn't worked for me in a long time... also, that ESPN 360 one doesn't seem to work anymore... sounds like they've closed the backdoor.
