Sometimes you have to trust management. I give alot of credit to Adelman for player judgement. My gut says this was an Adelma decision if so it hasn't turned out so well but clearly he is not yet in basketball shape. Maybe he never will be but I will at least give him till December. He does bring a bit of veteran toughness that can sometimes help an already good team. We haven't established we are a good team yet. Right now we arn't as good as the team that finished last year. I liked that team. Ariza was playing his best of the Year and Martin was starting to shine. Brooks and Lowry were agreat 2-headed pg monster. I envisioned a draft that got us a rookie who could come in an contribute right away and I thought we would at least get one free agent that would clearly help us. That hasn't happened. If we sign Dampier that proves Miller was a big mistake.
How does a non shooting PG, who is out of control get a contract like Lowry's. My apologies, but Morey's moves aren't working out, unless we trade Shane, Jeffries, and AB plus picks to make it happen. That is over $15 mln in salaries not including draft pick dollars.
Good point, Miller has aged well beyond the money we paid. Morey is beginning to panic on these contract signings. I definitely don't think Erica is the answer either.
