The "verbal agreement" is the rockets said go get is a massive package and of we like it, of course we would trade him. Puccio takes that and keeps reporting like it's a fact.

The Nets fans have a lot of faith in this Puccio guy for what it is worth. They think he's their best insider.

Doesn't mean he's 100%, no one is, but there could be something here. Big trades take days, weeks, to complete.

Sorry, I don’t buy it. Reliable sources (Woj/Shams) have said the Rockets aren’t even actively negotiating with the Nets. Also, the Nets package is terrible unless they involve more teams to improve the assets going to the Rockets. Unless that changes, there’s nothing to report.

The Nets SB Nation reporter is being fed a pile of crap.

Though I don't believe his tweet about the verbal agreement, its not fair to compare this guy to BraBra. This guy works for the NYDAILYNEWS. Is a credential sports writer and just look at his photo on twitter.

With all those red flags, clearly BraBra is the more trustworthy and entertaining source.

a verbal agreement just sounds ridiculous...I dismissed him based off that alone

What is there to verbally agree on when u take a look at what the can Nets offer?

These twitter randos say the wildest sh*t, but will have people F5ing their timeline for the latest update they’ll pull out their ass. It’s a shame

They'd have to prove they reasonably relied on the agreement. They haven't made any moves indicating this is a thing. When you want a deal? PUT IT IN WRITING. Nothing was even close to the finish line this guy has bad information coming from KD.

Stone is a lawyer. He didn't verbally offer ****.

Just the fact this was mentioned will rub Kyrie who views himself as a top 5 player the wrong way. There will be some drama as a result

True? False? Someone helping drive Harden's price down? Hmm...
