Recently is what matters. The election is in less than 2 weeks. I've been upset with how this election has played out from the Democratic side for a long time. Everyone here hollars and carries on about what the "tea party" has been doing and what the Republican National Committee is up to, I have myself, but what about the lousy national campaign being run by the Democrats? There seems to be no single, coherent message, no overriding statement of intent that has been sold to the public. As soon as I write that, someone will show me reams of Democratic talking points published on various web sites. So what? Do people seriously think that the average American spends as much time on a computer as we do? What's on TV? What's on your radio in the car, where you're a captive audience, unless you want to listen to Coldplay for the hundreth time. I'll tell you what. Republican ads, some of them disquised as "tea party" ads. That's what.
