Maxwell hasn't been a team player wherever he has gone. Ask Ho grant, McMillan, or Payton about that. From what I know, Maxwell hasn't been an angel since he left Houston.

Elie left SA on iffy terms. He sounds like a guy who just will not accept the fact that he is over the hill and doesn't have what it takes anymore.

Rhodes was pissed becuz he didn't get enough minutes. Nevermind the fact that he really was not good. That's a statement about Rudy's talent evaluation (he missed here) rather then his diplomacy skills.

Scottie to this day is b****ing about not getting the ball enough. He's averaging 9 points, 4 rebs , 4 assists and 4 TO's a game in Portland. His problem isn't Rudy. His problem is that he has a big mouth.

Cato, well, he played great in the preseason, but I don't think Rudy signed him to a long term contract. Rudy is stuck with him now.

This is really a dumb article and I'll highlight this section. Look at the players the Nets have drafted over the last few years. Supposedly character guys who can be players. Keith Van Horn, Kerry Kittles, Stephen Jackson, and Kenyon Martin. Yet who's the best player on their team before this draft? Stephon Marbury, the not so high character guy, who they traded some picks for. Does anyone really believe that Jason Collins and this guy from Pepperdine are going to be "players in this league"? They basically traded Jefferson for Griffin straight up. There are many ways to fail spectacularly and the Nets have just found a new way.

That was not in reference to not wanting to be in New Jersey. He was simply saying, he's been in that area all his life and after being drafted by the Nets, New Jersey must be the place he's meant to be.

This hack definately has something personal against Eddie. Maybe he's jealous of his talent and wishes he could be in Eddie's position.

From the reports I've read and heard, Eddie's gotten into altercations twice. Gary Payton's been in a few. I wouldn't call him a bust. How about Dream? I think he did pretty well for himself. Barkley was a fairly successful malcontent.

How does two altercations make you a malcontent?

Unfortunately, this joker has a pretty large audience for his ridiculous, presumptuous, holier-than-thou opinions.

And you know what he did with those guys? He won 2 championships despite having Maxwell, won 2 championships with Mario Elie, got to the playoffs with Rhoderick Rhodes and Scottie Pippen on the team, got to the WCF with Charles Barkley, and won 45 games on a rebuilding team with Cato last year. Now how exactly is that not having a track record? The sign of a great coach is being able to win despite having malcontents.
