WOW, the show got 9 million viewers last night.. FYI, The premiere of Sarah Connor Chronicles and Prison Break pulled in 6.3 and 6.5 million.. It will be interesting to see how much drop off the show gets next week.. I plan on watching the show tonight, but a few co-workers seem to have liked it a lot.. Also, that new True Blood show on HBO only pulled in 1.4 million this week.. The only good silver lining is that HBO wont cancel a show in the middle of a season just because it gets bad numbers..
I enjoyed it but Joshua jackson was kind of annoying me throughout. Took me a bit to warm up to the main chick but I think she'll do fine, loved John Noble as the mad doctor, will check it out next week since I don't watch anything else on Tuesday nites.
I enjoyed it as well. It wasn't bad but wasnt great just enough to keep me wanting to watch next weeks episode.
i got a copy of the premier back in march, i watched it then and again the other night, i think its pretty good, im glad it pulled in the viewers.
I just finished watching the first episode. Pretty cool. I'm a fan of psuedo-science stuff. Agent Dunham's acting left a little bit to be desired, but I actually did enjoy Joshua Jackson's acting. The show looks like it has the potential to be pretty cool. I just hope that it doesn't go through as many wacky twists and turns as LOST. I don't know if I can handle two shows like that...
I think there may be a big underlying story are but for the most part, the plots of each individual episode are independent.
Just finished watching the second episode and I have no complaints. It's definitely no Alias or Lost but I will keep on watching. I love JJ's stuff.
This is the sort of show that I think has to have a few episodes to grow. I liked the first episode and the second was a little bit better. I think Joshua Jackson's acting has been decent at this point. I hope it continues to have a big audience. It helps that it's lead in is House.
I'm not really one to get into a TV show and watch it every week. The only show I've ever followed episode by episode each week is Rescue Me. Other shows I just catch in syndication or on DVD. That said, Fringe has got me very interested. I'm going to watch the second episode on hulu.com either tonight or tomorrow and then I'll have more to say about. Very promising based on the pilot...
Tonight's episode was OK. I missed it last week. I'll DVR all future episodes even if I don't watch them until much later.
I really like this show. it's not outstanding but i like the pacing of it. something about it keeps me tuned in. Some thing it's moving very slowly but I don't mind it. There are enough stories in it to keep me interested each week.
Last night's show held some pretty big revelations, as well as making me want to go back and re-watch the previous episodes, to try to locate the 'Observer' dude, and all the other little easter eggs Abrams is famous for. And WT, no new shows until April?? Oh come on, all you brain-dead people who watch American Idol need to just hold your breath for about 20 minutes, so the rest of us can watch Fringe. Oh well, just means there will be time to go back and watch them again, check for what was missed before. On a very aside side note - did any of you happen to be watching back in oh '90 or so when Blair Brown committed career suicide on Letterman? I was, and ouch! But at least she has been able to get some work since then LOL
WHAT? bcuz of american idol, fox is postponing new fringe episodes UNTIL APRIL???????????????????????? oh my god, first House is on the decline, now no fringe..... just when it seems that bishop wrote that KFC book? DAMN IT! seriously, why is american idol so enticing?, i dont get the hype
This show has really hit it's stride after the first few episodes, I was more than a little annoyed we aren't getting new shows till April, I mean the damn thing just came back not too long ago.
