    he plays defense, is athletic, plays hard every night, continues to improve his shooting, loves playing here, young, under a great contract, best buds with dwight howard....what is not to love?

    I don't think anybody on the board actually wants to trade for Asik.

    They just think that if the Rockets are going to give up their best bench player, they might as well address a need. And Center is certainly a need.

    please dont trade him. at least start the guy and let him play a full game so you know what you're giving up before you do give him up. he hasnt gotten a decent chance since he's been on the team.

    Because how in the world would you know x draft pick has more promise than Brooks? That strategy may make more sense during the draft, if we're using Brooks to move up.

    Just saw Carl landry was traded to the hornets for marcus thorton, so basically the hornets gave up nothing to get him.... if he was available why the hell did the rockets not try and get him back... i would be content with giving up courtney lee to get landry back in a rockets uniform.

    Sounds like the rockets will try to outlast chicago until the end of the deadline and hope they give up Asik...What picks does Chicago have? Just their own?
