IMO No one benefits from this more than Klay Thompson
    52 pts on 56 dribbles
The ultimate CATCH AND SHOOT player who cannot create on his own
Reggie Miller would KILL in the league now . . ..

    Basketball becomes an endurance contest
Run in circles until the defender gets tired, you get ahead of him, or he fouls you

    Basketball becomes like Football . .. .
Give a WR enough time and he will lose any defensive back esp if the DB cannot touch them

    I agree.
I read where Capela should be able to slip screens easier. . . i have not seen it
But I have seen some ticky tack touch fouls

It's not really a rule change, but it's funny that the league decided to push enforcement of it after our switch-everything defense came within a whisker of knocking off the Golden Boys Warriors last year.

    Coincidence? Nah.

Freedom of Movement is just Anti-Defense. Tell me exactly how you're supposed to stop someone from scoring without blocking the shot now?

The answer is you can't. You just hope your hand in the face is enough.

I don't think this freedom of movement stuff has impacted the game much.

I think what has impacted the game is the entire league waking up and realizing that you need to follow what Golden State and Houston are doing if you want to have a shot at a ring
