Ya, I just wrote up a complaint / inquiry about not recieving my order on the site. I forgot about it till this thread was bumped up. I'll see what happens now. Maybe I'll get something free for not receiving my free order.
It's really a marketing ploy to allow the consumer to test out or sample their stuff.. If the customer likes the product, they end up buying from them anyways... Since I haven't gotten my food, I know one thing for sure is that their delivery sucks!!!
I got mine last week. Chicken nuggets. I should have gotten the ice cream. I heard its awesome since they use cream instead of milk.
Got mine last Monday as promised and ate it today. Pretty good for a frozen pizza. No pressure to buy from the delivery guy either. Just a hand shake, here's your food and a catalog and a call us if you need us.
Got my gallon of ice cream on Friday. Their delivery cycle is every two weeks in our neighborhood. No sales pitch other than leaving a couple of catalogs/brochures of their stuff and letting us know about any immediate sales from the truck. For those complaining about the delivery, they do not make a special trip just for you. They have delivery cycles for each area. You can check the delivery day on their website based on your order.
