As you know, I'm not a fan of signing a Max guy, but I do like Moe Harkless as a fairly inexpensive option. He's Restricted, but I'd be willing to outbid Portland. Who do you all want? Besides Durant...
I'd offer Marvin Williams a contract. Very solid player who can defend and hit the long ball from the 4 spot. He could likely be signed to a team friendly reasonably cheap contract.
No one knows who you are. Anyway: Tier 1: Nicolas Batum Courtney Lee Marvin Williams Kent Bazemore Tier 2: Marreese Speights Jared Dudley Mirza Teletovic Bismack Biyombo (PO) Luis Scola Joakim Noah Tier 3: Aaron Brooks Zaza Pachulia Ian Mahinmi Jon Leuer
Solid list. Id add Jeremy Lin to Tier 2 and bump Kent Bazemore down to Tier 2 while raising Dudley up to Tier 1. Id put Noah over Scola... the rest seems pretty accurate to my interpretation.
Rockets will be lucky to get anyone of importance. Bazemore should be the target . This team is losing three bigs more than likely and i doubt Josh Smith gets a contract offer from Morey.
Rebuild. We would need Durant + one of Conley, Horford or Whiteside and good role players to be contenders. That's not gonna happen. As it stands we have 1 player worth starting returning to the team. We have no Starting calibre PG, SF, PF or C. We have no head coach and an owner and GM that are not on the same page. Trade Harden and start over.
http://www.foxsports.com/nba/story/...clutch-shooting-awful-airball-5-for-47-022916 Over the last 10 regular seasons, LeBron is shooting 10.6% on potential game tying or game winning shots in the last 5 seconds of regulation or OT. During the playoffs, however, he's made as many as MJ in the final seconds.
While everyone thinks that we are after KD, I would trade for Serge Ibaka as a replacement for Dwight Howard. In my opinion he is a buy low and would cost us mainly Trevor Ariza and possibly Terrence Jones. Lt the media keep elevating Steven Adams and Enes Kanter, then we sneak in and steal from Oklahoma City again.
