I'd offer Marvin Williams a contract. Very solid player who can defend and hit the long ball from the 4 spot. He could likely be signed to a team friendly reasonably cheap contract.

Rockets will be lucky to get anyone of importance. Bazemore should be the target . This team is losing three bigs more than likely and i doubt Josh Smith gets a contract offer from Morey.
Rebuild. We would need Durant + one of Conley, Horford or Whiteside and good role players to be contenders. That's not gonna happen. As it stands we have 1 player worth starting returning to the team. We have no Starting calibre PG, SF, PF or C. We have no head coach and an owner and GM that are not on the same page.
