I agree signing D Williams is a Pipe Dream he wants to go where he has a chance to win it all. Dallas is going to get him and I would expect Dwight to be there next with Dirk nearing the end they will get it done. I have said it before and I will say it again we need to draft a Superstar. We cant keep hoping we can land a Super star in trade only to see him bolt and have us sitting with nothing but Cap Space. We need to rebuild it will be painfull but it needs to be done.

I do not believe it is a total lock on Deron Williams to Dallas, if we give him more money than Mavs, he will take it, but I believe DWill will see who has the best chance to win. If Rockets bring other stars, or friends of DWill, we have a chance, or we ask DWill who he wants on the team in the free-agent list. He might want to play for McHale because he is so hands off unlike Jerry Sloan and somewhat the current Mavs coach. Right now, Mavs are winning the battle for Deron because of All-Star Nowitzki. I think Morey will do all he can to bring another young franchise player(s) if it is DWill, or others that can win for years and years.

No one really good is coming here. Why would they? To play at .500 forever?
