Sign me up for this and draft one of Benson, Irving, Allen. Spend the FA money on the defense and let's roll.

What would it cost to trade for Wilson?

    Why?

Jones is the most dominant DL in the NFL and can play any position on the DL at a higher level than anybody currently on the Texans roster or any other NFL roster for that matter.

Understandable but I don’t feel giving up 17.5 sacks for 10.5 is the same

One is the most dominant DL in the NFL and commands double teams as well as providing inside pressure. The other doesn't.

Want to get the best out of Stroud? Get him a talented young WR/RB.

Want to get the best out of WA? Sign Jones.

I would give this up for Wilson.

He's a true day one difference maker.

Draft one of Benson/Allen/Irving and lets roll.

Greenard just had 12.5 sacks while being one of the best run stoppers. Rankins 6 and Collins 5.

Would love T’Vondre Sweat to pair with WAJ, Rankins/Tart/Collins, and Greenard.

I like Dejean too, especially since he can play S and nickel too. And agreed we need more back there.

I really want Xavier Legette. Not sure where he will be drafted. But he fits (in my opinion) exactly what this team needs. Big target, deep threat, opposite Nico on the sideline. Then Dell, metchie, hutch in the slots (obviously mainly Dell)

Legette is probably going top of the 2nd round. I bet the Panthers pick him for speed to help Young.

I bet after the combine he goes in the 20's.

Wouldn't it be awesome if Caserio drafted DeJohn at 1-25 and then using a 2nd/3rd/4th to move back into the late 1st for Legette? Then somehow Irving fell to the 4th. I probably would try to trade a future pick to move into the 3rd for Irving. Instead of trying to do all of this, I probably would pick Legette in the 1st, Nubin in the 2nd and Irving in the 3rd.

Add Chris Jones and bring back the guys we've talked about, plus a guy like Al Shaair in FA and you're talking about having one of the best rosters in the NFL. They've got the money to do this.

    Comparing Jones to Greenard, LOL.

One is a top 3 DL that can play anywhere along the DL, the other is a very good Edge who has played his best in a contract year and has been hurt when his team needs him the most.

It's not comparing Jones to Greenard. It's Jones to Greenard and multiple DTs since you'd be giving up a ton of depth. Stay focused!

Yeah; where are all these "rumors"? Other than the original tweeter's head? They're going to welcome Aaron Rodgers back by trading their best WR?? I suppose it *could* happen, if he's unhappy and wants to leave - but beyond that, I can't imagine why the Jets would trade an elite WR on a rookie contract.
