Perspective from our No.1 target in the off season. It could be just PR talk, but many of the players are saying there probably won't be that many blockbuster moves in July. It seems more and more likely NY Knicks has set themselves up for some EPIC FAIL.

Too early to say something like this with any credibility.

I have always said LeBron and Wade will re-sign with the team they are on right now. I said Bosh would be the one to leave but now I'm not so sure.

As Daryl Morey said (paraphrasing), "Not too many guys would give up the thirty million dollars (of a sixth year)."

Atlanta offered Joe Johnson four years, $60 million....I think.

Certainly the Knicks wouldn't want to completely strike out in free agency. Joe Johnson's no LeBron, but I can see the Knicks offering five years; JJ'll certainly get livelier crowds in NY (and more vitriol after a loss).

As far as Chris Bosh, I'm thinking they'll keep him, but they really need to get themselves (wait for it)....a real center.

Bargnani's a good player, just getting better; in fact, except for being overpaid, he'd be great on the Rockets. But if the Raptors could move him (not easy, I think he's BYC) for an actual center and spare change---i.e., if they traded him for defenders---that'd be a heck of a team.
