Surprised Mo Williams is still team-less, but supposedly Memphis is looking into signing him. Would that be a good pick-up?
Seriously? I get that the point guard pool is a lot deeper than the one for swingman, but come on. How can Ryan Gomes have a job if a guy like Mo Williams doesn't (that's more of an insult to Gomes than a compliment to Williams). Why not sign a young, undrafted swingman? Why waste a spot on FREAKING RYAN GOMES?
On the other hand GREAT PROMOTION JR. He had an absolutely stellar 2011-2012 season: 2011-12 Statistics PPG 2.3 RPG 1.90 APG 0.4 EFF + 2.53 The interesting thing is that Gnomes is so obscure that he is not even listed on http://www.nba.com/players/#G. And basically was out of the NBA last season. I am sure that he will impact the team so much from his position at the end of the bench. The training time costs of pulling the pine splinters out of his rear end should seriously impact the medical staffs budget. Sounds like you did a thread blitzkrieg here. Lets have GARM threads about 2nd round signings! I can't wait. And the thread gets moved off the GARM, as should your your "important information" about his signing. And I am going to drop this conversation now and forget it ever existed. Because you generally are a top 5% poster on CF and I respect you for that.
