i think my answer of red hammer was somewhat influenced by having already done this and vaguely having red hammer flash into my mind when i got into the end. of course, i'm pretty sure i said red hammer the first time i did this, so it doesn't really matter. and the only reason they have you add stuff is just to make sure your mind is as far away from guessing a color and tool as possible so you won't be predisposed to any answer. i also wonder how fast some people thought of their answers. did everyone get their answer immediately and or did some put a little thought into it? i did it as fast as possible and got the standard answer. i wonder if the faster you give the answer the more likely it is to be red hammer whereas waiting will give more variety. are you sure you're not my step-uncle? this is not only the type of thing he always emails to me, but that is almost exactly how i would expect him to word the body of the email. is that you walt?
I remembered reading something similiar to this mind game and after a quick google search came across what I was looking for. The rules are the same; the answers must be quick and no peeking ahead with the same 98 and 2% groups applicable here as well. Think of a number from 1 to 10 Multiply that number by 9 If the number is a 2-digit number, add the digits together Now subtract 5 Determine which letter in the alphabet corresponds to the number you ended up with (example: 1=a, 2=b, 3=c,etc.) Think of a country that starts with that letter Remember the last letter of the name of that country Think of the name of an animal that starts with that letter Remember the last letter in the name of that animal Think of the name of a fruit that starts with that letter Are you thinking of a Kangaroo in Denmark eating an Orange?
I don't know why purple hammer jumped into my mind, but that's what did. The hammer part I get. It's an extremely common tool. I wouldn't be surprised to hear most people think either hammer or screwdriver if coming up with a "tool" (other than Ryan Seacrest). But I wouldn't think "red" would be at the top of the color list. I mean, I guess any primary color is a good guess, but if I were setting up such a "brain teaser", I probably would've thought that "blue" would be a more common answer.
That's freaking wierd, I was thinking all three. The number is always going to be the same when you add the two together (9) those are the most common answers that start with D, K, and O, still kind of wierd. Now that I try, I can't think of another country that starts with a D.
Haha. When I got to the last question I answered "Gree...Red Hammer" I was about to say green but switched to red at the last second haha.
