I agree. I don't really like the guy, and would take KG over him)), but he is one heck of an offensive player. Better shooter than most guards in the league, and has good athleticism, which is what I think seperates him from the other sweet-shooting European big men. And, Francis is definitely not "truly elite" just yet. Those other guys on the list(Besides Iverson maybe) are just a cut above right now.
I'd put him in the elite category. He was already the starting pg for the West. Now he's improved on that. He's amassing big numbers on a nightly basis. These numbers would have put him on Dream Team 1.
