Would love to see him return to DC, one because it would make him happy, and two, because I will likely be moving there next year and it would be fun to watch a familiar face even if he's unlikely to elevate the quality of basketball at the MCI Center. I know the longer it takes to seal the gentlemen's agreement the more likely the pontential for a snag. A formal or rather pseudo-formal announcement just tightens the convenant or whatever you want to call. You don't want to give the like of Phoenix, Dallas, Indiana, et al any hope at all. That right ther is the crux of the get it done now posture.....
