I think WB39 trying a news program at 10PM is one of the reasons why the Rockets will be on The Tube (Ch. 55) this season. That as well as the WB39 prefering its programs to air at their regularly scheduled time. WB39 tried to have a news program like 6 years ago but it failed miserably.
