That's because it wasn't anything like the Rodman incident. It was stupid but it didn't seem like a big deal. I just saw another angle on Around the Horn and he definitely kicked the guy off of him but Rodman got up off the floor and tried to kick that guy in the groin.

Also, Stern and Thorn considered Rodman's past history (including head-butting a ref not 10 months earlier) when handing down his suspension. Steve hasn't done anything like that.

    LOL...

I was wondering if this was the real deal...

As far as Steve Francis goes......when we first got him it was hapy times here in Houston but when we started seeing his attitude and then when Rudy T went down and SF didn't step up and lead his team......then the whole Super Bowl thing last year....
I would have to say that SF is STILL a punk and VERY immature. Probably will never change given his age and all the chances he has been given.......good ridance!!!

So?, courside cameramen, and photographers get that all the time. It's part of the job, and shouldn't come as a surprise, when players who go all out end up getting tangled up with photographers that close to the court.

It wasn't that big of a deal. I would say anywhere from 1-3 games is about right as punishment goes.

So because someone makes a lot of money they can't get depressed? That is silly. Some people still want to have folks they like and know they can rely on around them. I don't fault them for getting sad when then plan a career and life in one place and it gets changed on them, without them really having a say in it.

The fact that you are paid a lot doesn't mean you can't get upset or depressed if your plans and goals are changed by outside forces.

That doesn't mean that Steve shouldn't be thankful for all the benefits and great things he has in his life, but it is silly to think that people in that position should always be happy and excited, not miss their friends, or become disappointed when their plans are changed on them.
