Cato is a very big person, and if someone sees him for the first time, they might think that he has bulked up, even if he hasnt, simply becuz the person has never seen Cato in person before. I had a good look at him too. Again, he was in a suit. I'm not questioning your ability to judge his body mass increase through cloth. I've heard through a very good source that he has been working out hard over the summer but took the last 2 week off from lifting weights. He was supposed to get back to lifting this week.
