Not to criticize Francis' accomplishment, which is amazing. But I really think there needs to be less of these types of stats. It's obvious that someone saw that SF was getting 20, 6, 6 and decided to check up who else had those career numbers. If you 'make up' stats this way, then many non-superstars will seem like they're better than they really are. The same with Yao Ming's FG% over a 5(or 6?) game stretch. Another things is that those other players are already retired. That means they accomplished that feat for the duration of their career. If you were to add in all the players who did it in their first 4 seasons, I'm sure the list would be longer. Again, I'm not bashing SF, I'm just saying that in general, these stats overinflate a player's value. Anyway, I hope I made sense.
My "Hopes and dreams" is that he learns how to run this team and keeps his turnovers LOW. Not that he scores "x" amount of points! What I do NOT want is: Francis: 48points, 12 rebounds, 6assists, and 12 turnovers. Mobley: 6points Griffin: 4points Yao: 8points Nachbar: 2points
