DS has already been through a max contract... It's not like he needs the money or anything... Hey Damon, if it's about geting paid, do that, but don't have us thinking you want a ring with us but are not willing to sacrifice... Take a one year contract and raise your value by winning a ring... Peace!
Excellent news. Jon Barry has been criticized for firing up the other team, and that may be true. But I think even if it is he inspires his own team to a greater degree. His energy is contageous and you can see it get the players on the bench active and involved in games. Plus it will be nice to see Barry with sweet passes on the fast break again.
Personally, I prefer his pull-up three pointer on the fast break. That'll show people they have to respect him when he leads the break.
Yeah those are sweet too. I still get scared when he takes the shot though. I just can't beleive anyone would do it. But his success rate on those is incredible. He's a fun and exciting player to watch.
I'm just happy we have a Barry on this team, although I still would have preferred Brent, I'm just as fine with Jon.
