Wait..... Oden is the best big man in the last 20yrs? He's as good as Dream and Ewing? Dorsey will be cut after the summer league? Really?

Someone is doing more than pop'n rocks lol

Oden will be good, but he probably won't avg 20points a game for another 3-4 years. He'll be more of a defensive beast and rebounder than the All world Dream, Ewing, Robinson, Shaq types.

Joe Dorsey can't be judged by ONE game against Oden...what about his 100 plus other games? He isn't a scorer....he has a niche and that niche is impressive.

I still think Dorsey is more like Ben Wallace than Danny Fortson except for the fouls.

Haha poprocks judged Dorsey after one game against Oden and judged Oden when he never even played a single minute in the NBA. Poprocks must be one hell of an basketball scout.

Dorsey's defend is not impressed at all, though his rebound is good.

Dorsey will continue to get owned by the other team's bigs. Duncan, Howard, Granger, Lee, Odom, Turiaf, Randolph, and yes even Yi. LOL

You do realize that Oden has not yet played a single game in the NBA?

I'm not saying he can't play, but I think it is a bit premature to put him in the hall based on college and potential.

Is Oden even playing in the Summer League this year?

If not will he be ready by the first game of the season due to his microfracture surgery?

Odens Upside is = Alonzo Mourning

    Nope

    They say he will

I might take him at a bit better than Alonzo. He will be a good player. He seems to be a hard worker.

I actually can't wait to see him take on Yao for the first time.

    Wait! What?? Turiaf?

Are you basing this off of the one game you saw him, or from Memphis until now?

I could be wrong but it seems like someone's milk money was taken a lot in grade school....it's cool. I'm no monk, but I see a bright future for the milk money taker (Dorsey) And get this.....he may NEVER avg over 10pts, but the other things he'll bring to the table could be priceless.

Dorsey has to beat out Harris or Hayes to make the team. I don't think he will do either. He might have a chance to beat Harris out but zero chance against Hayes. If a darn good Ian Mahinmi couldn't make a loaded Spurs team and forced to play in the NBDL then what makes you think Dorsey is gonna make a loaded Rockets squad?

I like how you ignored my question, but continue to bash Dorsey in the Bring back Bonzi thread.

Did he pick on you when you were little? Did he hurt you in any kind of way? I've seen Dorsey play since his Memphis days, and he's exactly what we need next to Yao when the other team is playing big or when we need that BIG rebound.

I'll be here to eat crow if he sucks, and I'm hoping you'll do the same since you hate on him so much.

Lol I will be here if he makes the team and brings down 10 boards a game...no problem. In fact, I'll make a sig bet on it. You game?

Ok, this is the bet..if Dorsey makes the team and averages 10 rebounds a game for the season, then I will put on my sig...I was owned by Joey Dorsey, He Rocks! If I win, then you will put Poprocks owns me on your sig. LOL

Ummm. It should be different, since you saying he's not going to make the team. I'm saying he makes the team, and is going to contribute big time.

You are adding in averaging 10 rebounds a game for the entire season. :p Come up with something better, since you are saying he isn't even going to make the team.
