It's a 'gotcha' thread bump to make people get defensive about Obama leading the polls. No one disagrees that polls are not actual election results. But in a strange way I think Faos is using the polls as an indicator that the opposite will happen, and in a strange twist of irony defying his original stance that polls don't matter. Wrap your head around that one.

For everyone's sake, I hope this is the end of Palin's national career. I hope the GOP sacks up and gets some of their young talent in there ahead of her, or even Romney. (By the way, I mean this regardless of the upcoming results, as McCain would probably be a one-term president, by his own decision.)
