They have to when it's me...that is the only way they can come close to having any remoteness of a chance
Hey no problem, Sam...you are my friend. At the end of the day we can still hug and look each other in the eye with heartfelt affection...
Hey I hate to "cut and run",...yall know what I'm talking about of course...But I will be back tonight. Please keep it up...Try not to be too hurt by the truth while you are at it though...
You do realize that the Department of Defense has even said that these "weapons" were not WMD, were not produced after 1991, and had been accounted for, right? "Distturbed by the truth" describes one of us, but the disturbed one watches Faux "News" and believes that they are "fair and balanced."
Oh, come on back, we still need you to address why you don't support the troops. As for the rest, well, it's only a flesh wound...you'll be fine!
[sidebar] regarding this whole "cut and run" slogan that ROX loves so much. -- Sen. Chuck Hagel (R-NE) blasted conservatives who have turned to “catchy political slogans” to avoid having a serious debate about Bush’s Iraq policy. Hagel argued that using such focus-group tested words like “cut and run” demean the debate and “debase the seriousness of war.” http://thinkprogress.org/2006/06/21/hagel-buzz-words/
Just to be clear - you are accusing President Bush of lying to the American people when he stated that the intelligence was wrong and that no WMDs have been found, right?
Good point. When you see SamFisher frantically googling for cartoon pictures, you know you've won. RM Tex will pop in with some photos he finds on a left wing blog next. His favorite is the Rummy-Saddam shot. So predictable. Yawn.
LOL, so you're also part of the anvil brigade? Texxx, take a stand on this story. Do you believe that the administration was lying when they said they didn't find any WMD's in Iraq? Or is this just College baseball related bitterness? I must confess I don't really follow that stuff.
LOL...both you and EltonJohn Tex have now tried to attack me with this. I have to tell you that I am still very excited for the TEXAS STATE CHAMPION Rice Owls, since they are one win away from the championship series next weekend. There are only 3 teams left in the World Series, and I'm having a ball. How's work today, Sam? I'm about to hit the Zoo and then the game.
Cool. I see that you've learned how having sex before a big event can ease your stress. Will you be with your gorilla girlfriend today or are you saving it for Rhino-mama?
Texxx I was being serious. I don't follow amateur baseball and was unaware whether or not the Owls were in contention still, rahter I was loosely aware that you'd be following it closely. I'm more concerned with the Beautiful Game these days. Bwaahaha, you're actually bragging about being in Omaha going to the Omaha zoo? You tried to proclaim Omahazoownage? I'm sorry but Omaha Zoo smack = reverse pwnage. It's in the bylaws.
Sam, while I'll be enjoying one of North America's finest cat complexes, you'll be trolling around the internet for some obscure statute. While I'm enjoying the world's largest geodesic dome and the Kingdoms of the Night desert display contained within, you'll be performing document review exercises. While I'm learning from the famous Hubbard Orangutan Forest, you'll be receiving a berating from some partner you're too afraid to talk back to since your fate lies solely in his hands. OMAHOWNED
Touche. The Hubbard Orangutan Forest is too much fire power for me to rebut. It is the WMD of BBS smack.
Please excuse me for getting to this late. The conversation has moved on but I haven't as I just checked back into the thread. I believe that you are correct, but I just looked over the UN 1991 report and at that time large amounts of the precursor agents for the binary nerve agent VX were destroyed, although the fact that they had been destroyed was unconfirmed by inspectors (their existence was not unconfirmed). It is therefore much more than pure speculation to say that they were working with binary nerve agents. This is not specifically true. All that has to happen is for the chemicals to mix. The rotation of the shell and it's subsiquent dispersal are aided by the rotation and explosion of the shells, but this can be accomplished in other ways. The sarin used by Aum shinrikyo is also known by it's US Government binary nerve agent designation of GB. All they did was carry bags with the liquid onto subways, puncture them, and wait for the liquid to vaporize. To be honest this is more or less what prompted me to try and moderate his response, but in retrospect I don't think it is because he has an agenda, but rather a reaction to the fact that you were the one championing the news. Furthermore, to accuse Sam of having a preconceived agenda while blinking your big eyes like an innocent babe in the woods is more than slightly disingenuous. I still think his reaction is incorrectly dismissive based on the report, but I can understand how you could drive him to it, and obviously as more info has come to light he has been validated. How does a thread about chemical weapons end up with an Orangutan flipping someone off?
