Signing of the most athletic basketball players in the world to pretty much the league minimum when we have 0 draft picks in the summer. Yeah, what a complete blunder.

most athletic....says who? I haven't seen this guy do crap. Just heard of practice slams.

And great athlete? They are all athletic in NBA. Give me a break. He may be the worlds's greatest athlete but if he can't put the ball in the basket what does it mean? Shouldn't we play him before we pay him?

Oh crap! We are screwed just like we were with Mike Harris. We'll never be able to sign another player to that spot.

forget it. just wondered why we do stuff like that without actually seeing them play in our system

He's obviously shown signs in practice...just like Wafer did, just like Landry did, just like Brooks did...

Don't you think our executives and coaches know what they're doing based on the sample size of "who the hell is that" talent we've acquired the last couple years?

Don't the Rockets have to sign any player before they play in our system? I don't think we can play unsigned players.

Lol at people saying that this move makes no sense.

He is showing some kind of skill in practice, and he looked nice on those shots he took during the game. It is NOT a garunteed contract. It was done so no one else can get him before training camp next season. Its like picking a draft pick just calm down.
