    Butler possibly.

Evans--we've already got the later model and it is better.

House--if we got Banks he gives you all the offense House gives you plus he Ds it up. I'll take House for the minimum, nothing more.

I'd rather us re-sign Wesley for one year than us sign Flip. I'd rather play Luther than Flip.

whatever happened to needing size in the back court? Last i checked, Bogans is taller than both Banks, and Murray. If T-mac goes back to playing guard, expect him to play only 40 games with his back.

CD: Hey man, we're interested in signing (insert name here).
Agent: ROFL! After the way you treated Stromile like a cheap prostitute???
CD: Cmon man it's not my fault. JVG forced me to.
Agent: Sorry but (insert name here) is not a "JVG type" player.
CD: Ok then do you know any other player that's old, slow, unathletic, overacheives and have played in New York before?
Agent: Better talk to Isaiah on that.
CD: I just talked to him earlier. But it's funny how he kept saying "I know how you feel CD. Happens to me all the time." I didn't really understand him.

I know CD was stressin about size in the backcourt but Banks is a PG but Muarry cant shoot and is short. Maybe CD has somethin up his sleeve like Stephen Jackson or who I'm wishin for Morris Peterson.

i'm down with marcus banks...he could provide some much needed minutes at backup point, so long as we don't overpay.

as for padgett, meh, not that excited about it. won't play a significant role either way.

but murray....god no. i don't even know how he's in the nba. hes a shooting guard who can't shoot and is dumb. he's like stro swift but smaller, less athletic and uglier. no thanks.

In defense of the Rockets, Stromile played like a $10 wh...., who gave $5 worth of service. Whatever that means, yeah.

Murray Banks and Padgett are below average players. Damn annoying we are down to this.

Let's hope it's BS about those two, but that maybe we end up with Banks.

Why you guys so down on Banks or Murray? They both could help this team a lot. They both are fairly young and would bring energy off the bench. You wouldn't overpay for them because I think the Rockets are thinking about spiltting the MLE between them. Banks came on after being traded last year. In ten games in April last year, he averaged 13 ppg, 4.9 apg, 3.6 rpg, and 1.4 spg. He also shoot 46% from the field, 56% for the three, and 97% from the free throw line. Murray was the same way. In 11 games in April, he averaged 14.2 ppg, shoot 47% from the field, and 42% for the three. Both would add depth to a team that really has no depth.

Man, you know its bad we are reaching for "10 games in April" stats for an average at best player. The worst part is he might be the best among the scrubs that's left.

Say no to Eddie House, this guy just shoot every time he got the ball in his hands. Plus he is one of the worst defender in the NBA.

I would like to add Banks and Ariza. Then try to go after a trade to get Sjax or Mo Pete!

I like Butler but he's strictly a small forward. Marcus Banks would be a good back up point guard because he's young and could be another potential scorer. As for shooting guard, I think our best choice is deshawn stevenson. The guy is tall, can play d, and score a little. He can't shoot from the outside, but that's why he's cheap. Head can come off the bench if we need better shooting. If we can get those two guys I think we'll have a better roster than last season. If we could somehow swing Rasual Butler too that would be an added bonus.

Exactly !! Dont you guys remember when Flip had like 6 30 plus games in a row I mean he went off the chain in scoring. I know he has some other issues but he would be a sprk off the bench...and I know we have many holes to fill (especially CD's) but hey when you have Yao and T-Mac you really just need one more scoring threat and you can win a ton of games. Lets just face it we are not going to the NBA Championship with what we have and with whats out there this year so lets grab what we can and just play ball...
