At this point, I'm not sure if the player who will take Brent's roster spot will produce any better. I'm sure we'll be exchanging old talent for young, raw talent still a few years away from significant contribution, so the fact that he's not returning is ho-hum at best. Although, I'm curious as to why Boston would want him. Pierce, Allen, Daniels, Eddie House ... I'm not sure where he or they expect him to get minutes.
Really? Because the fact that there names are Yao and Tmac is something of a give away in the injury prediction department. lol
I hope he retires a Rocket. Despite not having much success on the court, I think that he is one of the reasons, Wafer developed as well as he did. Frankly, if we had the room, I'd keep him on just to help nurture the younger guys Budinger and Taylor that we have going into the season.
