jamcracker said the same thing on ecphonesis. see luctation, then...very close to lactate/lactation...hence the play on words. Latin is luctatio. maybe try an unabridged dictionary with those fun obsolete words, or take a useless Functional Linguistics class that teaches overly complex words to describe use of language.
