Damn wtf. He seemed like a solid dude.

Definitely tried to break the corporate mold by trying holocracy and gave a **** about workers.

Seems like Vegas lost someone who tried to make a difference.

RIP and condolences for his family.

When I read a tweet about it the other day, they said it was under investigation, but it has since been ruled an accident. Crazy thing is this actually happened a week or so ago from what I heard, so he's been suffering from the injuries since then, I guess. Geez. He seemed like a really out-of-the-box thinker. I used to buy shoes at Zappos until Amazon bought them out.

Sadly looks like he brought this onto himself. Even someone who has helped a lot people, and literally "delivered happiness" in a weird way to so many people, still has demons most won't know about.

At least that seems to make it less likely that foul play was involved.

Depends on how much you are using -- the percentage of people getting hardcore addicted to nitrous is low. Steve-O was definitely creepy AF when he was just hitting one after another with hundreds of used cans surrounding him.

If he was locked in a shed at 3am, he was probably hitting it pretty hard..

whippets seems like such an unusual thing to be into now.

we went to bizarre bazaar in the 90s and did them in the parking lot at #s with bruce

Sounds like he streamlined and got Costco sized whippets with large tanks.

    That’s not good.

On the flip side, this would be prime conspiracy material for how weird the circumstances are.

Article says he died due to aftereffects of smoke inhalation and was braindead when arriving in the hospital, so seems he at least didn't suffer from those burn wounds or feel pain.

i meant for a person of his stature. A guy who was a visionary businessman and did a lot of good for the community.

drugged out and causing a fire in a shed of a million dollar home.

    interesting story
surprised he wouldnt have a significant other. not a requirement but at 46 seems like it would be possible.

i read about him and keep thinking how a nice female would resolve some of that...probably over simplfying it..surely with hundreds of millions and las vegas he was getting laid you would think
