Well I guess I could maybe understand what was going through the kid's mind (assuming he looked like a normal 12 year old)...prob didn't know what the hell was occurring. Most certainly if he was a couple years older he would've "known what to do."

Reminds me (sort of) of this girl classmate of mine (back when I was in 5th grade) who kept on trying to bring me into her room and lock the door before her parents could intervene. I sure as hell didn't know what all the fuss was about.

Long story short, the girl had some issues (she was adopted, for example), and as I understand it, ended up getting pregnant (and possibly having an abortion) by the time she was 14.

Soooo, yeah, there's that.

 

Even when drunk, mistaking a 12 year old for a full grown man? Sure....

 

One day, he will look back at this as one of the worst mistakes in his life.....the day when he wants to get laid but can't.

 

You don't become a young adult until you reach 13 imo. Not that is makes a world of difference but the maturity isn't there at age 12 and below.

Absolutely reprehensible.

 

Depending upon his parental and social environment, he might not have yet been exposed to adults, older teens or any media that depicted or even hinted at any sexual imagery. We didn't have Radio Disney, 4 kids cable channels or CGI films coming out every two weeks.

Should have waited three years. Still suggestible and possibly more riled up than at any other point due to the growth spurts.
