    He is locked in a ward when he is not playing in China. For some reason, they thought China is a worse place to satisfy his sentence.

    All this stalking consists of is following her car after they had an argument. I can see why he'd get arrested for it, but it's not like he's doing surveillance on the house, digging through her trash, and making threatening phone calls. He probably just had more he wanted to say and took it too far. Don't have to be creepy to do that.
