This. If he was on another team with a superstar he would say the exact same thing. Hell, he might not even say this if Harden was still on the trading block.

Morey might be good at numbers and analytics...but he doesn't know **** about basketball. I bet he didnt even watch much NBA before he became a GM.

Harden had enough talent, he just ran them off. ESPECIALLY that CP3 team but Harden quit on him

Are you serious? Embiid is much better on defense and is way more versatile offensively than LMA. Use a different comparison - maybe Tim Duncan

Classic Morey, hyping up his candidate for MVP.

Embiid once called himself “the James Harden of the bigs”

keep clouting him up Morey, this is what you did with Harden until he became an unstoppable diva. Bring that toxic culture there. Pretty soon you'll have the Navy seal guy giving motivational speeches cause everyone is feeling themselves.

Jordan, Kevin Mchale, Stan Van Gundy, Phil Jackson and Isiah Thomas knew a lot about bball and all sucked as GMs so that doesnt really matter.

Duncan won 5 rings Embiid hasnt even reached ECF. Embiid hasnt even reached Dwight level let alone TD gimme a break. The other poster said an improved LMA which makes sense to me.

Morey is just doing what he can do to give Embiid that MVP. Harden is better than Jordan and now Embiid is the most unstoppable player ever. Nothing new from him tbh. I mean forget the fact that he saw the dude supposedly better than Jordan last year, no this year he saw the most unstoppable player ever lol.

I dont think anything Morey says should make headlines anymore, he a good GM but it is also clear he is a bald faced liar. Dude lies pretty much all the time. Just last season he said he was stepping down to be there for his kids only to take a new job after 2 weeks and wasnt he swearing up and down Simmons wasnt on the block at all and he would never dream of trading him?

Lol dont take anything he says seriously cmon now.

“Unstoppable” is one of those descriptions, like “dominant”, that doesn’t really refer to anything concrete or measurable. It’s generally used to refer to big guys who overwhelm their opponents.

Embiid’s scoring rate this season is probably the highest ever for a big man, fwiw.

Embiid can have the most unstoppable title.

We know who's owns the unbeatable, undefeatable, and unbelievable titles:

GM-in-Training, until he solidly proves otherwise.

No one is saying he's going to end up a top 10 center, but to only say he's a slightly better prime Aldridge is completely hating on Embiid imo.
