read the news dude, see what's happening in your neighborhood if you're in Houston. almost everyday I hear news about home invasion. Last year, my wife's classmate's cousin got shot inside their house while looking out the window by a thief. And yes, my wife went to UT mister longhornfan.

I don't think anyone here is defending what the kid did and he was punished for that but for this guy to get off is just sad it may mean the other 3 will also.

Well, with 3 remaining officers we can only guess who's going to be convicted.

...and people wonder why there was a collective snicker from the black community after the OJ verdict.

Heard they had to tell a bunch of protestors to leave the premises.

That leaves me with one question. How many of those protestors are employed? I know, it's hard to imagine people screaming for justice in the name of Chad Holley may not have a job! LoL

News is reporting several people were arrested at the court house. Pitiful.

And they wonder why they still get treated the way they do....

Quannell X and some other people from the black community had a scheduled meeting today with the DA...but then another group showed, wanting to meet with the DA as well, and parked themselves inside the building, sixth floor IIRC. Promised to not to move until they were seen...i guess they finally got arrested.

I saw a little bit of this on the noon news. The protesters were basically determined to get arrested. I guess they accomplished their goal of getting on TV and making a little scene.

" In 1998, a total of 24,537,600 crimes were recorded in United States, while in Russia a total of 2,581,940 crimes were recorded.[71] In 1999, the number was 23,677,800 and 3,001,748 respectively.[71] Total recorded rapes in the United States was 93,140 and 89,110 for the years 1998 and 1999, while this number was 7,724 and 7,314 respectively for Russia"

Thats because nobody wants to get caught by Police in Russia. You steal someones purse there, you are begging for the police to put you in the car.

Not saying it was right, just saying its effective.
