Maybe but if that's the case I doubt they would even be interested in finding us.

I just don't see how, if there has been all these sightings in other countries, there hasn't been a clear, inarguable footage of one yet. I guess a person could argue that the aliens don't want evidence of them being here...but that seems really thin to me. In todays age of camera phones, the internet and technology, SOMEONE would have good footage of this that their goverment either doesn't care if it gets released, or is not really capable of repressing. I haven't seen anything like that yet anywhere. But maybe I just missed it.

Don't you realize that the more advanced you get the more trash and waste you have to dispose of and the less space you have to dump it. There are fleets of garbage barges out there looking for places to dump their trash. It's big business. You can't just dump it in space, because hitting something as small as a diaper filled with poo at warp speed can be catastrophic. And shooting rockets of waste into stars or pristine, unihabited planets is most likely against interstellar commerce Green laws.

Only planets already polluted by their stupid inhabitants is fair game. Planets like the Earth are a valuable commodity, and I'm telling you, blue collar workers/garbage collectors with a warp speed garbage barge know how to find us. Let's just hope the first contact bubbas keep us a secret.

Yes, I know it strains credulity. Just for "them" to travel the distances they must to get here is beyond our comprehension, so could other facets of their existence be beyond our comprehension.

I wouldn't bet my house on it, but the legion of witnessing believers is evenly divided among crackpots and reliables, so I just can't reject it.

Have you ever heard of the 1994 sightings in Trumbull County Ohio. There were witness from something like three different police departments.

Here's the Part One video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=67T6jfE3NuQ

You can pick up Part Two on the related links...

    They're not Aliens, they're Angels.

Well....the only camera I carry around constantly is the one on my phone. Its a good camera....so long as the object I'm trying to photograph is within 10 feet. I've tried to take pictures of a full moon and it came out terribly.

I don't know....I've theorized that when we DO have sightings, its really just alien teenagers out joyriding and messing with us by dropping their cloaking device, cuz we all know the rest of the adults aliens who study us/abduct us would never do such a thing. Damn rebellious teenagers....

hmmm, similar to my post above, in a way.
I think it's blue collar workers/civil servants who just get drunk and end up crashing their commercial vehicle passed out without any clothes on and it becomes a "First Contact" interstellar incident by mistake.

"I believe that these extraterrestrial vehicles and their crews are visiting this planet from other planets, which obviously are a little more technically advanced than we are here on Earth"

Why? We study wildlife, insects, plants, etc. Same thing.

I think we're safe until they decide they need our natural resources. Just like those polar bears in ANWR are safe until we decide to start drilling there.

    Same thing.

its funny when these guys come out and make these kind of statements which may be true or may not be ... However the general public only sees the point of view of how the media portrays it and obviously the media will downplay it and make the guy look like a loony ... Don't get blinded by everything that is depicted through the media (the reality of the Iraq war is never shown) sometimes you just have to keep an open mind

Well, I thought the article was tilted in the guy's favor. Especially at the end where it said that NASA "downplayed" the comments.

I honestly don't believe the branches in our government work together well enough to cover up any of these major things that people claim they do.(I.E. Aliens, Kennedy, etc.)

This statement comes as I'm reading Vince Bugliosi's (sp?) HUGE book on the Kennedy assassination.

I see what you mean, but look at this way...they don't necessarily in essence have to cover up a whole lot of things, or even work effciently without other branches. Let's take Aliens as an example:

I think with UFOs and Aliens, it is probably marked off as a "silly" hoax across the board in most cases. While the unusual cases with substantial evidence might have a kind of "don't see, hear, or speak evil" thing to it. Where if the evidence is proven to be credible and very much reliable. Red-tape procedure comes, quickly stores the evidence in some kind vault and create a press release for the media to be presented to public. The Battle of Los Angeles comes to mind, where I think the word from the feds said it was like a fire balloon or blimp. Yet after 1400 shells, the object never went down or even damaged in slightest. It turned out to be false alarm. Not saying it was UFO or Aliens, but when government press release give an account on evidence to things that are somewhat illogic and flawed. It would make one thing that there is something to be hidden from the public.

And how about Buzz Aldrin? Ever heard of him? Here he is, talking about his encounter with a UFO on an Apollo 11 mission:

    See I told you!

    http://www.theconservativevoice.com/article/33469.html

Then, how do we explain aliens if they are for real? The Bible teaches that Satan and his demons (the fallen angels) can take on take all sorts of shapes and perform all sorts of miracles in order to deceive mankind. In fact, some who have been claimed to be abducted by aliens say that these aliens have told them things that undermine the truth of the Christian Scriptures and the Person and work of Jesus Christ.

I actually liked this line from the article the best:

Mathematical probability alone has shown that it is not rational, logical, or scientific to believe that life could originate by chance.

    Excellent science there Lou.
