Forcing children to wear a mask is child abuse. The Left failed children.

Only reinforcing that children were only a tool for you... it is and always has been a political argument.

Self examination is painful for you. I understand. The truth sometimes hurts. In your case, a lot.

 

I'm anti masks for kids but this can very easily be turned around to say that the ACLU is defending the localities right to decide what is best for their constituents. I'm much more comfortable with the authority resting in the hands of the local school district rather than in the Governor's mansion exclusively, even if in this one narrow instance the state is correct and the localities not.

 

It’s dangerous to ban a public health policy. Even if you do agree with it today due to your risk comfort, there may come a time when that changes for you. Imagine a new pathogen with 20% death rate in children… don’t legally tie the hand of local public health policymakers, it’s dangerous.

Someone who is claiming the high ground and suggesting they are "following the science" and then refer to a global pandemic that will kill at least 1 million Americans as a "scamdemic". That is all I need to see.
