Well stated. The first regime was indeed so incredibly horrible that Mickey Mouse would look like Hall of Fame management in comparison. It certainly *could* be coloring the opinion of a Texans fan.

So, comparing the current Texans to other NFL regimes, what specific actions make them worse than five random armchair GMs on an Internet BBS?
