    BTW, Dawson took over in 1996.

    They don't look at the financial #'s at all.


    If they are looking at it from a business perspective the Rockets value has increased manyfold since 1996.

    WHat made the Rockets ranked low was because when he took over, the 'three season" average of the previous seasons was 50-something wins. Pretty hard to improve on that.

    Not really. If they were looking at a business perspective, they'd rank on things like revenue or attendance, not winning percentage.
