    Yeah, they should really only be paying attention to the guaranteed figures. All other numbers are irrelevant when it comes to NFL contracts.

    I'm sure he was talking about addition last year. From the start of the season to the end. Watt was a rookie (a fantastic rookie but still a rookie).

    On top of everything, it wasn't even true that Mario was being double teamed that much. It was just a line spouted by organization mouthpieces to make it sound like Mario was better than he was.

    Mario is a very good player but he is not and has never been a consistently disruptive force on the line.

    even an article in NFL.com says the same thing, that Vernon Davis and Jonathan Joseph are not overpaid.
