The most important reason that I love this team is Yao. I love his effort, I love his guts, I love his performance. I'm proud of him, especially when I saw the scene that he didn't want to go back to the locker room in the first game and we beat LA finally. I have to say if we trade Yao in the future, I will lose my most interest in this team.
I love this team, I love the guts & effort the team showed to me, especially in this round. Most importantly, I love Yao. We shouldn't blame him when he got injured. We should keep it in mind that Yao is a big man, he is easy to get injured when we used him too much.
Finally, I wanna say I love basketball. I love this game not because the person who gets the most points, but because the game shows me the guts -- it tells me when we try our best to do something, then we must get the results.
The Rocket, you are the best in my heart. Yao, you too!

The difference is that TMAC got no idiotic fan who is nut-hugging him like nuts and claiming "he could avoid his injury if he did not do this. "

Yao fans love and respect Yao because of his heart and his effort. He is never a quitter like TMAC. He carried the team when the team needs him most and even when he feels injured just like what happed in the first Laker game. This is how he got injured during the past two seasons. If you call this kind of love and respect idiotic, everyone knows who is really idiotic.
You should feel shameful about yourself.

I'm guessing most of will never actually see Yao and can't only imagine how big he really is. I thought this was quite appropriate for comparison.

I am a Chinese and I just joined this forum for some days. I know some Chinese funs posted on it. I think it is helpful for the two nation’s people to understand each other. I noticed the behaviors of two nation’s people is very similar compare with the Europe country‘s. With the Yaoming’matter I think it is no worth to argue with each other. Seeing the poll is ok.Yaoming’s problem is too good to be real. His eudure and his strong mind .to be frank with you, I can’t reach it. I know Korean language ,when the Korean like you very much .they say you are a Korean .may be it is the same in U.S. I saw someone in the forum said Yaoming is an American .I have no other meaning… .I just think when someone fight for you and hurt, you keep him seem more amenable. Right?

it looks like NBA should settle the payment only when a season is finished, or even more maybe players retired?
KG has the highest contract in the league now, and played less games than Yao. and pls tell me
who will never be injured again?
even guards like Wade could get serious injured.

Tracy, I have to say she is a girl ! it's not his work that bothers us, it's his attitude. He even gave himself a surgery to escape from trade!

What was Yao fighting for? What did he gain by playing so hard all the time and get his legs broke again and again?

He broke his leg playing for this team! not street racing nor gang fight, but this team. Instead of being supportive to a guy who might probabely dedicate his entire career in a team where he regards as home, u guys want to trade him now becoz he's injured playing for this team?

Is Yao just a gurkha to you guys? :(

Yep, I'm a Yao only fan there's just no proof.

But hey, at least the guy I am a fan of led us past the 1st round correct? It doesn't matter what excuse you make because the rest of the world out there believes Yao Ming led us out of the 1st round. Only T-Mac only fans like yourself believe it was either Artest or Scola. In the most simple words of all-time, you fail.

I'm a Yao only fan. Yep, indeed. I bet you don't even know the starting forward in the Clutch City Rockets.

Quote for the stupids who don't understand this.

    Is Les a basketball fan?
Does Les want Rockets to will a championship so badly?
Does Les mainly care about the profit?

If Les can make more profit with Yao Ming than a Championship team like Spurs, why does he care?
Just keep Yao here and keep bringing him money.
