The thing I love about Tracy McGrady is that he is such a talented basketball player. Probably the most talented player in the game that is the most underrated. The thing I hate is that he doesn't live up to that talent. He doesn't have that passion to win like players like Kobe, Lebron, and Paul Pierce. All the great NBA players have always been very passionate and have worked their tails off on the court. When things are going bad for the guy, he tends to just quit. We are paying the guy nearly $20+ mil per year. You don't pay that kind of money to just an all star. You pay big bucks like that for a SUPER STAR. If you're getting paid more than Yao, hell, you gotta live up to it. I know we're missing a big part of our team in Yao, but for once McGrady has what he has always lacked in his career, great role players. The likes of Battier, Alston, Bobby Jackson, Scola, Landry, Head, and the age-less Mutumbo are playing just the best of their abilities. It's Tracy's responsibility to carry this team on his back. No ifs and butts. He just needs to give a solid effort every night. He needs to stop jacking up contested threes. Drive in to the goal. and please this guy needs to hit his free throws.

I just don't understand why, judging by your signature, that you have so much hatred for a player that has done so much for our team. Yes, there are times when I too question his heart but for God's sake show some support.
