......would you bring back Chandler Parsons? You know we missed his play-making ability, no denying that. Parsons was our guy and with news of him about to opt out of his contract, maybe that relationship between he and Dallas has soured. I say bring him back. What say you Clutchfans? BTW I feel our offense ran efficiently with Parsons running it at times; pushing the ball up and his back-door cuts. Too much standing around with this current team.
Deron Williams outta there.....Dirk wants more money. I bet he regrets taking less to get Parsons. Gotta keep Dirk Diggler happy
KD, Horford, Conley, Batum, Barnes and Whiteside all take precedence to me. Fournier may be more valuable at this point. If we don't end up with 1 or 2 of those first six players listed, I feel this offseason will be a failure. Parsons, while I enjoyed him during his time here, he had an issue playing with James. He is very ego-centric. I don't want him back at a MAX and someone is going to pay it. Dallas was willing to with Wes Matthews despite his severe injury. They will do it again for Chan.
Sure, if the price is $10 million-ish to compensate for the injury risk. I'm 99% sure that's not what Chandsome is looking for.
Ok, for the right price anyone can be a rocket. I would say if KB 24 was willing to take vet's min let's bring him on! Misses Bong wants his max money. That isn't the right price for me. Now, something like $12 and a no trade clause, I'd do it.
Mavs max is 4 years, $96M($24M) Everyone else's max is 4 years, $92M($23M) Sorry Chan, no more "potential" to be unlocked. You are who you are. I would love to see the Mavs overpay to keep Chandler. The Rockets should facilitate in anyway possible The Chandler Parsons Overpay.
For the right price I'd happily take about 13 of the 15 rostered players on every NBA team at any given moment.
There are better players out there for the kind of money that he is expecting to make. Even without the health problems, I wouldn't want to pay him that much. Then you think to all of the injuries he has been going through and it becomes an even more emphatic no.
