Just to see how everyone stands, Do you think this team will make the playoffs? I do and I also think this current team will be better than last years team we went into the playoffs with. TMacs surgury could be a blessing in disguise. No more soap opera BS. Now the current players can focus on getting better as a true unit.

Without a doubt. Dallas, Phoenix, or Utah will miss out. I'm very curious who we will face in the first round. A ring is out of the question now, but it would be such a huge monkey off our back to make it past the first round.

we have a good, young, deep team man.......yikes man i thought i would never say that!!!!!!!!...... t mac was not himself and we played much better without him being himself by him not being on the floor...... there is no doubt we would miss a t mac at full strengh....but we wont miss the imfamous missed dunk tmac that really defined his season..... that being said we are good people, and i think we will make noise in the playoffs, as we should be gellin like crazy chemistry wise by then...... we are not gettin a ring.....but i cant honestly say that i cant name a team not named the the lakers or spurs that are hands down better than us in the west right now remember.....ginobilli is out, amare is out, deron is ailing in utah as is boozer and ak47.......bynum is out meaning the lakers are gonna lean heavy on their on again, off again forward named lamar odom who is the poster child for inconsistency....so in closing who really scares u out west??? portland....no dallas...no spurs.....a little bit...pop is a coachin genius..theyre always dangerous lakers.....yes kobe is kobe hornets.....no utah....no phoenix......nope....to old know, and amareless I like our chances to make some noise........

Yeah but the only player on this team with a "heart of a champion" is Brent Barry. And other than Artest and Mutombo, nobody on the team even has a "heart of a 2nd round" appearance.

We will make the playoffs and make noise, if 1. There is consistent ball movement 2. we are making our shots 3. Our defense gets better with each game 4. Keeping the turnover's to a minimum 5. The play of AB in the playoffs 6. The bench production 7. MOST IMPORTANTLY, our health going into the playoffs We know how Yao and Ron (albeit not with this team) are in the playoffs, how about everyone else? Will Landry have a bigger role/take over for the bench now that AB is the starter? Can Lowry/Wafer contribute? Is Deke going to give spot minutes for Yao? I guess we'll see and find out.
