There may be some truth in it, however dont forget the player that Harden is suppose to defend against. They are all having great games. Blazers individual players arent that great defenders, those names u mentioned arent that great anyhow. Blazers play team defense and way better than us.

Often time, u see the middle all filled with blazers and while we only got 2 people in the middle for them. This is bad and we lack defense.

Was there ever a **** tmac or pippen thread? Lin has done nothing to come close to deserve the level of hate these two got.

t-mac doesn't deserve any hate. he led us to a 22-game win streak.

Yes for t-mac. There were. No for Pippen, because the board didn't exist back then.

Lin isn't getting any worse treatment than other players have in the past. Honestly, it's just that people react to it a lot more and that escalates things. In the past, those threads just faded away because it didn't cause as much of a storm. Now, it does, so those threads stay alive and dominate the front page.

It's not the mods who are making those threads stick around longer than they normally would.

There were plenty of Rafer Alston hate threads in the past, and I remember Clutch not holding back either on his dislike for Rafer. But then there weren't any Rafer fans either lol.

Don't know Clutch so I don't know his bias.

I do know he posted a clip of Lin's dunk over John Wall a couple of years ago on this forum. So he must have liked the guy at some point.

This was when Lin was a Knick.

I think all the hate and things Lin gets is because of the level of expectation to linsanity, the loss of dragon and the price of his contract. People see dragon doing well, so there is an automatic sigh that Lin isn't dragon.

In the end if people would take off their comparative bias and look at the results. They aren't that bad. Just like rafer wasn't bad. There are a lot of things to like about Lin but is his decision making sometimes are glaring.

I've come to the conclusion of dammed if you do and dammed if you don't if you like Lin.

You want production from your bench/role players but you win or lose playoff games with your star players...that's is why they are getting the big bucks.

When Lebron didn't win they didn't say it was his supporting casts fault it was his fault because he's the man...Harden is supposed to be the man 1A or 1B.

Hopefully he can turn it around in the next 2 games and we can advance because without him we will most certainly lose this series.

Harden has always been the focus of the defense in the regular season.

Look at Harden history against the Blazer. His playoff performance is shockingly bad vs his regular seasons (not just this year) performance against the Blazer.

There are other reasons why Harden performance is down. It's not just the defense.
