JVG has brainwashed Rockets fans on it completely. There is no other coach in the NBA that believes that players will not turn the ball over if they create offense. But JVG does not want offense created he wants his system offense, which allows no room for error. It's gotten sad that Rockets fans no longer ever remember how many turnovers Hakeem threw up. JVG would have probably put limits and barriers on Hakeem over his "turnover problem." He sure the hell would not allow Nash to be Nash because Nash often throws up those double digit turnover games, as does Lebron, as does Wade, etc.
two options 1) he is serious, therefore proving without a doubt that he doesnt know jack about basketball a little note for ya here sport (rocketsdynasty), turnovers are a bad thing in organized basketball AT EVERY LEVEL. It aint got a damn thing to do with jeff van gundy....its fundamental damn basketball. 2) he is not serious, he is reaching for any excuse he can find to ragon the coach by implying that he is the only coach in the league who cares about piddling things like turnovers. (make a turnover on Pop's team and see if he doesnt get pissed) I have come to the conclusion that since the fundamentals of good basketball are simple enough even a child can grasp them(I first learned them as a child of 10 in local kid's leagues) anyone that does not understand why the ROckets stress the things they do must be a troll. I woudnt really be able to say for sure since I put ppl that consistently irritate me on ignore which means I havent seen a complete RocketsDynasty post since soon after he/she/it arrived here.
How exactly do you define "often"? Nash has had ONE of those this year. And zero last year. Lebron's has none this year. And ONE last year. Do facts even matter to do? Or do you just make stuff up and hope it sticks?
i'd like to keep shane as well but singmen are a dime a dozen. a good big guy is hard to find. if moving shane is what it takes, then so be it.
What's wrong about it is when I did it I was told not to and the threads were deleted. The reasoning behind it was that bumping up old threads only started stuff and there would be plenty of new threads to discuss the topic. It's cool though. It only goes one way I guess right?
Also note that just like I said (which was never reported in the media until now) that he clashed with KG and KG wanted him gone. I also said that's why he was benched and people called bs and what not. There it is for you now. We need a backup pg but I would have rather taken someone else. I was hoping we got another chance at Francis. We got him for Juwan Howard which means he wasn't exactly a hot commodity
Just own up like a man and quit trying to change the subject...call it a year, we all have bad ones. Next year might be a more promising one for you...
What? What do you want me to own up to? I certainly don't need to answer to you or call anything a year. Everything I stated is a fact. When I bumped old threads that's what I was told. When I said all that stuff about KG people called bs. That's not changing the subject, that's called facts. It's funny how things are different for certain people. Luckily for me I could careless what you think. I also don't base my years (like apprently you do) on my experiences on message boards. Maybe you should call it a year.
