I'm going to take a stab at it and say he's a young kid. You might need to speak with his Mom or Dad. You've been nice guy over this whole situation. That guy really is something else. First he scams people and then he has the nerve to show up again in the thread with 3rd grade stupid insults. Some people... Refund the full amount. Does anyone remember that thread on some car enthusiast board where someone stole a car and they found out where it was, and a bunch of members from the board went there and got the guy arrested? He told me he is sending a check on Friday when he gets paid... That will be the final chance and hopefully the end to all this nonsense.
Yup, I checked it out and I have plenty of time to get really involved If I don't get that check by Monday or Tuesday next week.

Perhaps I'm only speaking for myself, but your publicly-aired grievance is getting really annoying. Give it a rest already, or save it for PMs or something? We get it dude - you got slighted, bad. You're out some bucks currently. Really sorry about that. But it's on you, so why do you need to continue to give us such an unbelievably detailed account of every horrible thing you're apparently going through? There's worse stuff going on than your whining about this. Meanwhile, you've made your point a dozen times over. You've taken the case of good-friendly business among Rockets fans and shown how that can get royally messed up sometimes. It's truly unfortunate, but it has to die down at some point. I honestly hope it works out for you so this epic disaster can finally end. But it is simply getting tiring to see this getting bumped over and over so you can update folks on... minutia.
