Thank you for all the compliments and reps. But like I told Knote it was no big deal. The xbox was pretty much collecting dust at my parents place. After seeing how this thread was about 5 pages I was curious. My xbox has already had the RROD so there is absolutely no timetable on how long it will work, hopefully a couple of years. Knote if you have been checking the tracking number apparently it is still in the store in Lubbock and should be to you by Thursday. They said the tracking number info should be available after tomorrow because I was wondering why it wasn't working. Apparently it wont be scanned till this afternoon. I still feel bad for Drexler because there is no doubt in my mind that the PS3 that DC sent was not damaged in shipping but damaged before DC sent it. Good luck with the legal process knote because DCprowler is probably long gone into hiding.

I just read through 10 pages of why its hard to trust buying online from an individual. Knote isn't the first person to get ripped off on here, but it is a lesson that just because you are a Rockets fan, it doesn't mean you are a good person.
Lesson is always pay by CC. Chargeback's a b****, and CC companies will get their money the easy way and the hard way.
Personally I think that having to live in Beaumont is punishment enough for the guy, or at least a good start.
