    There are problems giving aid to governments that are corrupt just because the people are starving.


    Well I thought the article was extreme. Ony 1,000,000 aids cases in Kenya, so who cares. UN bureaucrats who perpetuate hunger because they would be out of work etc.

    TURNS OUT THE AUTHOR IS WEALTHY LIBERTARIAN EXTREMIST. Who would have thunk?
