That is a pretty big statement. I mean under that reasoning should anyone who is injured to the point that there higher brain functions aren't there anymore be allowed to die? For that matter even accepting that a fetus is a human life should that fetus be brought to term if the pregnancy has some severe risk to the mother? Like it or not life and death decisions are made all the time for people who cannot speak for themselves.
